Walk into either branch and start with a conversation. Tell us what the garment is for — a wedding, a work wardrobe, an everyday kurta set, a full occasion outfit — and how you want to feel wearing it.

From there we go into detail. Neckline, collar, sleeve length, closure, lining, pocket placement, how loose or fitted you want it through the waist. If you have a reference photo or a garment you already love the shape of, bring it in.

If you're still deciding on fabric, we'll pull options from the collection and show you how each one drapes and behaves once it's stitched. Nothing is cut until the design and the material are settled and you're happy with both.

We measure by hand, in person. Shoulder width, chest, waist, hip, sleeve length, garment length, neck, and the smaller points that decide whether a sleeve sits clean or twists at the elbow.

Bodies aren't symmetrical and most aren't standard. One shoulder usually sits slightly lower than the other, and posture changes the way a garment hangs. Our tailors account for that instead of rounding you to the nearest size on a chart.

Everything is written down and kept on file under your name. The next time you order, whether that's next month or next year, you can call or message the branch and skip this step entirely. Measurements only need updating when your body changes.

Cutting happens first, and it's the stage that decides everything after it. The fabric is laid out, marked against your measurements and cut by a tailor who has been doing this for years, not traced from a standard template.

Stitching, lining, buttonholes, hems and finishing are all handled in our own workshop, one garment at a time. Nothing is batched, nothing is outsourced to a third-party unit, and your order stays with the same hands from start to finish.

Turnaround depends on the piece. A simple kurta or shirt moves quickly. Heavy occasion wear with embroidery, lining or hand finishing takes longer. We give you a realistic collection date at the start and we hold to it.

Before anything is finalised, you come in and try the garment on. This is where the difference between well-made and well-fitted shows up, and it's the step readymade clothing skips altogether.

If the waist needs taking in, a sleeve needs shortening, or the drape isn't sitting the way you pictured it, tell us. Adjustments are made there and then, until the garment does what you wanted it to do.

Collect from the branch you ordered at, or ask us about delivery. Your measurements stay on file afterwards, so the next piece you order starts from a fit you already know works on you.
